Campus Biodiversity

The college campus lies in geo-coordinates of 26°31´N and 93°58´E, in the heart of Golaghat district. The area is strategically important biodiversity area, as the district is at the confluence of two Biodiversity hospots, i.e. Eastern Himalayas and Indo-Burma. Moreover WHS Kazianga National Park is located in only 40 km ariel distance in Northwest and Nambor WLS at 7 km in Southwest, from the campus.

This page is dedicated to the bio-diversity within the college campus and this is a process to list all the creatures starting from ants to mammals and plants in the form of species list and photograph.

This forum is maintained and updated by students and faculties of Zoology Department of college. Contributions from any interested persons are requested in the form of photograhs (Photographs should accompany with photographers name encrypted and size 500px width X 333px height).
